House of Sukuk exists as a grassroots initiative to:

• Support the development of responsible sukuk and digital asset frameworks

3. Eligibility

By participating in House of Sukuk:

• You must be at least 16 years old

• You must not impersonate another individual or entity

4. Community Conduct & Respect

As a community-driven movement, members must conduct themselves ethically and respectfully:

• No abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour
• No misleading financial claims or promises
• No promotion of non-Shariah compliant activities
• No fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive conduct

Violation of community conduct may result in removal from the platform or restricted access.

5. Platform Use

You agree not to misuse or disrupt any House of Sukuk systems or services, including:

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Distribution of malware or harmful scripts
• Using the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes
• Harvesting data without consent

6. Not Financial or Investment Advice

House of Sukuk provides general knowledge, community discourse, and educational materials. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, Shariah rulings, investment recommendations, or guarantees.

Members must perform their own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by House of Sukuk—including logos, text, graphics, guides, and community resources—belongs to House of Sukuk unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Community Contributions

By submitting ideas, feedback, or content, you grant House of Sukuk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share such contributions for community benefit.
